At last, the first outdoor escape game in Vienna by Crime Runners. We are bringing the classic escape puzzle fun outdoors for the first time, taking you on an exciting new mission into the Crime Runners universe.
What to expect from our Outdoor Escape Room Vienna experience:
A thrilling chase through the magnificent first district of Vienna. Equipped with high-quality materials produced by us, you will embark on the hunt for the four seals. You will receive the mysterious suitcase along with various technical equipment for the mission and receive instructions from the Operator’s assistants – our Gamemasters.
What you need to bring:
Nothing except your brainpower and comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. After booking your time slot, you’ve taken care of everything important and will follow the instructions provided in the email. The meeting point is at our first branch at Schottentor, Maria-Theresien-Straße 3. Please be sure to be on time. Everything you need will be provided by the Game Masters before the game starts.

In our Outdoor Escape Room, you will receive a comprehensive mission briefing at our branch and be provided with equipment such as tablets and a suitcase. Then, we will send you on your tour through Vienna. Using the equipment, you will complete tasks and solve exciting challenges as a team at well-known locations in the area.
From what age is the Outdoor Escape Room suitable?
Our Outdoor Escape Room can be played from the age of 14 without adult supervision. For younger participants, we always recommend at least one accompanying adult.
How many people are needed for the Outdoor Escape Room?
2–6 people can participate in our Outdoor Escape Game together.
How long does our Outdoor Escape Room last?
The duration may vary depending on how much time you take to complete each station, how well you solve the puzzles, and whether you take restroom or coffee breaks. Generally, the game takes approximately 2–3 hours.
What happens in bad weather or when there are protests?
For participation in our outdoor game, we recommend comfortable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing. If the game cannot be conducted due to extreme weather conditions or because of protests in the inner city, a rescheduled date will be sought.
